Liz Koonce has recently returned to Ashland after several years away exploring different countries, states, and careers. She has a bachelor's degree from SOU and a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from University of Oregon, where she discovered her love for exhibit design while working for three years as the Exhibitions Assistant at the Museum of Natural and Cultural History. After working as a landscape designer in the Monterey Bay area for several years, she is overjoyed to be back in the world of museums. Liz is often found hiking, watching horror movies, and snuggling with her dog Otis, and cat Melfi.
