Celebrate your special day with a hands-on, science-filled birthday party at ScienceWorks! Choose from two party sizes—up to 20 guests or up to 30 guests—so you can celebrate with all your favorite people. Your party includes all-day museum admission, our NEW private party room for 1.5 hours, and plenty of time to explore our interactive exhibits.




Our new Celebration Room


We’re delighted to unveil our newly renovated Celebration Room—the perfect place for birthdays, special gatherings, and private events. Tucked away through the Dark Science Cave and adjacent to the Science Theatre, this vibrant space is designed for fun, creativity, and unforgettable memories.


Our Celebration Room features a chalkboard wall where you can unleash your creativity with doodles, or leave special messages. It’s the new home for all ScienceWorks birthday parties, providing a dedicated space for play, discovery, and celebration. Plus, it’s available to rent for other private events, making it a fantastic spot for gatherings of all kinds.

Birthday Party Time Slots:

Birthdays are offered Saturday and Sunday, with 3 available time slots:

  • 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
  • 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
  • 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm


Pricing:

1-20 guests:
  • $170 for members
  • $195 for non-members
21-30 guests:
  • $230 for members
  • $255 for non-members

All prices include a non-refundable $50 deposit. 30 attendee maximum. Children under 2 are free.

Workshops

Each workshop includes a 30-minute hands-on activity for up to 20 guests.
Workshops will begin 15 minutes after your rental start time. A member of our dedicated education team will join you in the Celebration Room and lead a group of up to 20 guests in a hands-on activity for 30 minutes.

Owl Pellet Dissection

Learn about owl biology and dissect a sanitized owl pellet. You can even keep your favorite finds!
