Bring your class for a live fire workshop at ScienceWorks

We are partnering with Southern Oregon Forest Restoration Collaborative (SOFRC), as well as Ashland Fire & Rescue to provide wildfire education to students in grades 3-8.

SOFEE curriculum is aligned with national and Oregon Department of Education Stadards. As SOFEE partners, we are committed to facilitating student interactions with the natural world through place-based education and Indigenous Traditional Ecologoical Knowledge (ITEK).


 

Your free grant-funded visit includes a hands-on wildfire education workshop, as well as a 1 hour visit to ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum for one class (up to 30 students).
