The All of Us Research Program is committed to a healthier future for all. Our mission is simple. We want to speed up health research. To do this, we’re asking one million or more people to share health information. In the future, researchers can use this to conduct thousands of studies.

  • When it comes to our health, there are so many questions for which we don’t have an answer. All of Ushas a simple mission: to help advance research so we can learn more about what makes us sick and what keeps us healthy.
  • The All of Us Research Program aims to engage a community of participants that reflects the diversity of America, including many people who haven’t taken part in medical research before. We welcome participants both healthy and sick, of all backgrounds and walks of life, from all regions across the country.
  • Our traits are shaped by many things, including our genetics, our lifestyle, where we live, and our cultures. It’s the same with traits related to our health, and it’s why we can learn so much more when many people participate in research.
  • Since traits are inherited, participating in the All of UsResearch Program could support research that helps future generations.

  • When you join All of Us, you will be asked to:

Give your consent
Take online surveys
Share your electronic health record (EHR)
You may also be asked to give saliva or blood and urine samples and have your physical measurements taken
