ScienceWorks is now booking Field Trips, Outreach Visits, Museum Visits, and Virtual Visits for the 2021 - 2022 academic year.
Not sure how to book? There are a few simple steps:
- Select your visit format option.
- Click the button below that matches your format.
- Choose a visit date and time from the available slots.
- Complete the Google Form linked in the Google Calendar invite you'll receive for the date and time you select.
That's it! You've successfully reserved your spot when you've chosen an available time slot and have completed the Google Form.

Important Note: Each button above will open a Google Calendar. The Calendar will open to today's date. Looking to book in advance? Use the arrows to navigate!
And, remember to click "View / Edit in Google Calendar" after selecting "Save" on your event date. The Google Calendar invite includes a link to the required Google Form!

What's Available?
Field Trips: Ready for some hands-on, STEM education? Field Trips include an engaging, NGSS-aligned activity and plenty of time to explore the museum.
Outreach Visits: Can't make it to ScienceWorks? We'll come to you!
Museum Visits: In-person, self-guided museum visits are a great option. Come explore the museum with your group for two hours at a discounted group rate!
Virtual Visits: Join us online! We can facilitate a hands-on, STEM activity for your class live or send you materials for a self-guided exploration with live activity debrief.
When can I book?
We're now booking for fall of 2021, beginning in October.
- Field Trips are offered Tuesday through Friday, from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
- Outreach Visits are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
- Museum Visits are offered from Tuesday - Friday. Many time slots are available, starting at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and ending at 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Museum visits can be in-person or virtual. If virtual, you'll get to enjoy an activity with us!
No matter what or when you book, make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your visit!
