Rent the museum!


With a conference room, a theater, two full classrooms, and an entire exhibits hall of hands-on interactives and intriguing displays, ScienceWorks is a unique and exciting place to hold an event. We offer full facility rentals or rentals by room type, for both days and evenings. Holiday staff parties, donor events, anniversary celebrations, or employee workshops are all bound to be hits when held at the museum.

Theater Rental

Pricing:

Daytime Rates (during public hours):
  • $50/hr for nonprofits
  • $75/hr for members
  • $100/hr for non-members

Evening Rates (after hours):
  • $100/hr for nonprofits
  • $125/hr for members
  • $150/hr for non-members


Complimentary transition times of 30 minutes before and after time slot included in rental rates.

Classroom Rental

Daytime Rates (during public hours):
  • $50/hr for nonprofits
  • $75/hr for members
  • $100/hr for non-members

Evening Rates (after hours):
  • $100/hr for nonprofits
  • $125/hr for members
  • $150/hr for non-members


Complimentary transition times of 30 minutes before and after time slot included in all rental rates.

Full Facility Rental

Pricing:

Daytime Rates* (during public hours)
  • Nonprofits: $375 per hour (up to 2 hours); $100 per additional hour
  • Members: $400 per hour (up to 2 hours); $120 per additional hour
  • Non-members: $425 per hour (up to 2 hours); $125 per additional hour


Evening Rates (after hours)
  • Nonprofits: $500 per hour (up to 2 hours); $125 per additional hour
  • Members: $550 per hour (up to 2 hours); $150 per additional hour
  • Non-members: $600 per hour (up to 2 hours); $175 per additional hour


*Daytime rentals take place while the museum is open to the public. If you would like a private rental during these hours (requiring the museum to close to the public), evening rates will apply.

ScienceLive Shows:

STEAM Workshops:

  • $175/Daytime workshop
  • $250/Evening workshop


Custodial Assistance:

  • $50/hr
  • Custodial assistance REQUIRED for full facility rentals of over 2 hours.
