Learn with ScienceWorks
ScienceWorks offers a variety of educational programming for educators, parents and homeschooler.

PARENTS
After School Programs
ScienceWorks' After School Program gives students a place to explore their curiosity after school! Kids in ages 9-14 can partake in Maker Projects every Wednesday from 1:30pm to 5:00pm.
Discover the fun of physics, engineer your very own creations, learn the skills to make observations on the world around you.
Weekend Programs
Visit every weekend for entertaining and educational workshops, guest speakers, Story Book Labs, themed events, our half day camps SW Saturdays, and more!
Science Camps
School's out but camp is in session! ScienceWorks' Science Camps take place during the Fall, Spring and Summer breaks, and most School Holidays. Allow your young scientists to explore, make new friends, and learn new things in a supportive learning environment.

EDUCATORS
Field Trips & Museum Visits
Field trips and museum visits are available Tuesday through Friday, during the entire school year.
Field trips consist of an orientation, NGSS-aligned ScienceWorks instructor-led classroom lab, free exploration time for students in the Museum, and an end-of-visit wrap-up session.
Museum visits allow your group free exploration of the museum and participation in any public programming. We are also flexible to all sizes of groups with a maximum capacity of 150 students.
Offsite Outreach
Bring ScienceWorks to your school, organization, or event! Offsite outreach is available in many forms, including ScienceLIVE! shows, Mission: POSSIBLE!, and extended classroom labs.
Homeschooler Meet-Ups
FREE admission days just for homeschoolers and groups? Homeschoolers can meet up at the museum, explore exhibits, watch cool experiments, and take part in hands-on workshops.
Adult Programming
We offer educators professional development opportunities such as Next Generation Science Standards implementation workshops and inquiry science methodology. Additionally, ScienceWorks offers staff team-building workshops. Our workshop encourages teamwork, communication, and of course fun!
