Field Trip with Workshop - Register to Pick Time Slot

Your Field Trip With Workshop at ScienceWorks includes:

• Admission to the museum for up to 120 students and 1 chaperone for every 5 students

• A workshop on a topic selected from our offerings

• Time to explore the museum and participate in any available public programming taking place at the time of your visit

• Access to all public areas of the museum that are currently open

• You may choose to have a snack outside during your exploration time, or to have lunch outside after your visit. At this time, ScienceWorks cannot provide indoor eating spaces.

ScienceWorks Policies

• Chaperones must stay with their group and keep all group members in sight during their time in the museum. Chaperones agree to ensure their group follows ScienceWorks all safety rules, including wearing masks over the mouth and nose while in the museum. ScienceWorks cannot admit parties who repeatedly refuse to follow safety rules in the museum.

• Reservations canceled at least 14 days prior to the field trip date will be eligible for a refund. Reservations canceled with fewer than 14 days notice will not receive a refund.

• Groups are allowed one reschedule without cost, additional reschedules incur a $25.00 processing fee.
