Featuring interactive science exhibits, live demonstrations and performances, ScienceWorks is ideal for explorers of all ages. Exhibits touch on a multitude of fascinating phenomena; exploring energy, anatomy, chemistry, perception, motion, engineering and more. Performances and activities change frequently, offering something new every time you visit this new museum in Ashland, Oregon. Some of our state-of-the-art exhibits include:




Bubble-ology Room
Five different ways to play with, and learn about, soap bubbles.
Put yourself in a bubble; experiment with a wall of bubbles; watch bubbles magically float in mid-air;and more.


Pedal Power Railroad
Use your own energy to pedal a bike…and send an electric train around the track.


Hall of Illusions
More than 20 amazing optical illusions will make you question your own eyes.


Shadow Wall
Pose in front of the wall, and watch the strobe light capture your shadow.


Einsteins Art Studio
Construct a mobile, animate a picture using only color, draw in 3-D with crayons, create art with the Spinning Blackboard, Hot Hands, Crazy TV, sand pendulum, and more.


Kids Space and
Kids Space Junior
Younger children can play and experiment in this special space just their size, including a climbing structure, crazy mirrors and big blocks.


All Mixed Up
Blend your face with a friend's and see the result!


Make an Impression
A 5-foot high wall made of 65,000 plastic "pins. Push up against it and you'll get an impression of your arms, hands, body, etc.
