From company parties to wedding receptions, fundraisers to family reunions, ScienceWorks provides a fun, unique setting for your next event!
Facility use includes open access to all exhibits and activities currently on display at the museum as well as space for setting up food and drinks and seating areas for your guests.
Costs for renting our facility are as follows:
* $800 minimum for up to 125 people, $4 for each additional person.
* Use of ScienceWorks for 2 hours, plus 1 1/2 hours for set up/clean up. There is a charge of $125 for each additional hour.
An advance non-refundable deposit of half the expected fee is required at least 3 weeks prior to the event to formally reserve the ScienceWorks facility.
A Special Event Request form and a copy of the Contract for Facility Use must be completed and returned to ScienceWorks for approval at least 3 weeks before the event. Printable version available below. Fax request form to (541) 482-5716.
